Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At The LBD Collective, each of our products is handcrafted from carefully selected premium leather and made to the highest standards of quality. Due to the delicate nature of our luxury leather products, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy to preserve the integrity and authenticity of every item.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to carefully inspect their order at the time of delivery and before accepting the package.

If your item arrives with any manufacturing defect or damage that occurred during shipping, you must notify the delivery representative immediately and refuse acceptance of the item. The product will be returned to us on the spot for inspection.

Returns

We do not accept returns once a product has been accepted and the delivery has been completed.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The damage is reported immediately while the courier is still present.
  • The product is returned directly with the delivery representative.

Returns requested after the delivery has been accepted cannot be processed.

Exchanges

To protect the quality and exclusivity of our leather products, we do not offer exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selection
  • Personal preference

We kindly encourage customers to review all product descriptions, dimensions, colors, and specifications before placing an order.

Refunds

If a returned item is confirmed to have arrived damaged or defective, you may choose one of the following:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement item, subject to product availability.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Product Care

Natural leather is a premium material with unique characteristics. Minor variations in grain, texture, and color are part of the natural beauty of genuine leather and are not considered defects.
